Κίνδυνος παρενεργειών από lansoprazol για γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση;
Καλημέρα σας. Μετά από γαστροσκόπηση ο γιατρός μου έδωσε για 6 μήνες lansoprazol για γαστροπροστασία λόγω γαστροοισοφαγικής παλινδρόμησης. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος με παρενέργειες αυτού του φαρμάκου;

Κάθε φάρμακο έχει παρενέργειες και για τον λόγο αυτό θα πρέπει να παίρνονται τα φάρμακα μόνο όταν υπάρχει λόγος. Η ΓΟΠ είναι λόγος λήψης αγωγής, γιατί διαφορετικά υπάρχουν συνέπειες. Εξάλλου οι πραζόλες (laprazol κλπ) είναι από τα ασφαλή φάρμακα. Τα υπόλοιπα (διάρκεια θεραπείας, δοσολογία κλπ) τα συζητάτε με τον γαστρεντερολόγο σας
