Γαστροσκόπηση για αδιαθεσία στο στομάχι μετά από θεραπεία με Πεντάσα;
Καλησπέρα. Έκανα θεραπεία για ένα χρόνο με την πεντάσα 4 gr. δεν την διέκοψα απλά την μείωσα στα 2 gr. γιατί η κολονοσκόπηση έδειξε καλή εικόνα. Ήθελα μία γνώμη για την αδιαθεσία στο στομάχι όπως την περιέγραψα αρχικά, γιατί 26 χρόνια έχω μια ήπια ελκώδη. Το έψαξα λίγο και μάλλον είναι δυσπεψία και έντονο στρες που βίωσα. Βέβαια σκέφτομαι να κάνω μια γαστροσκόπηση για να είμαι σίγουρη. Εσείς τι μου προτείνετε; Ευχαριστώ!

Σίγουρα χρειάζεστε γαστροσκόπηση αλλά και γενικότερο έλεγχο καθώς τόσο η ελκώδης όσο και τα φάρμακα μοορεί να προκαλούν και άλλα ζητήματα. Μιλήστε με τον γαστρεντερολόγο που σας παρακολουθεί.

Εφ όσον έχετε δυσπεπτικα ενοχλήματα πρέπει να κάνετε έλεγχο για ελικοβακτηρίδιο του πυλωρου κ να λάβετε φαρμακευτική αγωγή.
Εφ όσον δεν έχετε ανησυχητικά σύμπτωματα δεν είναι απαραίτητο να διενεργηθεί γαστροσκόπηση.
