Η χαμηλόβαθμη δυσπλασία του επιθηλίου αναπτύσσεται σίγουρα σε καρκίνο? Μου βρήκαν και Ατροφική γαστρίτιδα τι να κάνω? Παίρνω ένα Nexium και με έχει φάει το άγχος, μου λένε να μου αφαιρέσουν το στομάχι.

Υπάρχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα η χαμηλόβαθμη δυσπλασία να οδηγήσει σε κακοήθεια.
Εάν υπάρχει ορατή βλάβη πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί ενδοσκοπικά.
Εάν δεν υπάρχει ορατή βλάβη χρειάζεται ενδοσκοπική παρακολούθηση.

Δεν είναι σίγουρο, είναι όμως πιθανόν. Αλλά από το σημείο αυτό μέχρι την γαστρεκτομή υπάρχει ακόμα δρόμος. Υπάρχουν και άλλες επεμβατικές αντιμετωπίσεις αν χρειαστεί πριν φτάσει κανείς στην αφαίρεση στομάχου. Για να πω περισσότερα θα πρέπει να δω τις εξετάσεις σας και πιθανόν να πρέπει να σας κάνω καινούργια γαστροσκόπηση (υψηλής ευκρίνειας).
