Σημαίνει ότι πιθανόν να υπάρχει δυσπλασία στο Barrett αλλά ότι μάλλον οι αλλοιώσεις οφείλονται στην έντονη φλεγμονή λόγω παλινδρόμησης και δεν υπάρχει δυσπλασία. Το σίγουρο είναι ότι θα πρέπει να πάρετε φουλ αγωγή και να ξανακάνετε γαστροσκόπηση και βιοψίες σε 3 μήνες.
