Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) dulcolax

Τι προκαλεί πόνο στην κοιλιά και πλάτη μετά από λήψη Dulcolax;

Είμαι 27 ετών και πριν από 27 έτη χειρουργήθηκα για στένωση πυλωρού. Το 2020 διαγνώστηκα με Γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση. Πριν από 4 ημέρες ξεκίνησε πάλι μια έξαρση της νόσου και έκανα λήψη δύο χαπιών λάπραζολ πρωί βράδυ και πολλά αντιόξινα μαλοξ. Συνοδεία της παλινδρόμησης μου παρουσιάστηκε και δυσκοιλιότητα την οποία προσπάθησα να νικήσω με το dulcolax. Από την λήψη μόνο ενός χαπιού του συγκεκριμένου φαρμάκου περίπου στις 23:30 το βράδυ της Παρασκευής έχω έντονους πόνους σε όλη την κοιλιακή χώρα και μάλιστα ενώ χθες ήμουν αρκετά καλύτερα και τα συμπτώματα ήταν σε πλήρη αποδρομή εμφανίστηκε ένας επίμονος πόνος χαμηλά στην πλάτη δεξιά ο οποίος ενίοτε αντανακλά εσωτερικά του αφαλού ενίοτε ανεβαίνει προς τα πάνω και πηγαίνει και από αριστερά. Σημειώστε πως πριν το φάρμακο δεν είχα τίποτα απολύτως κανένα πόνο. Τι μπορεί να είναι
