Πόνος κάτω από τα πλευρά λόγω διαφραγματοκήλης; Εξέταση και συμπτώματα.
Καλησπέρα σας, από 22 ετών (τώρα είμαι 42) έχω διαφραγματοκήλη εξ ολισθήσεως και ΓΟΠΝ. Παίρνω καθημερινά Nexium 20mg και δεν έχω ιδιαίτερα συμπτώματα. Τον τελευταίο 1,5 χρόνο ξεκίνησε πόνος κάτω από τα πλευρά, κάτω από την περιοχή της καρδιάς. Έκανα γαστροσκόπηση χωρίς ευρήματα πλην της διαφραγματοκήλης που γνώριζα ότι υπάρχει, ο πόνος όμως άρχισε να χτυπάει και σε άλλα σημεία της κοιλιάς και έκανα και κολονοσκόπηση προ διμήνου χωρίς ευρήματα. Ο γαστρεντερολόγος λέει ότι πρόκειται για ΣΕΕ γι' αυτό και οι πόνοι. Επίσης έχω κάνει και καρδιολογικό έλεγχο χωρίς να βρεθεί κάτι. Υπάρχει περίπτωση ο πόνος κάτω από τα πλευρά να προκαλείται από τη διαφραγματοκήλη; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Κατ'αρχήν από τη στιγμή που πονάτε σε διάφορα σημεία (άρα αποκλείεται να είναι από την διαφραγματοκήλη) θα πρέπει να κάνετε έναν γενικότερο έλεγχο (αιματολογιές εξετάσεις και αξονική κοιλίας) για να διερευνηθούν άλλες αιτίες πόνου.

Η διαφραγματοκηλη συνήθως δεν προκαλεί πόνο αλλά προδιαθέτει σε παλινδρομικά επεισόδια.
Αντιθέτως το ΣΕΕ μπορεί να προκαλέσει κοιλιακό άλγος.
