Πονόλαιμος, πόνος στα αυτιά και έντονος πόνος στο στομάχι μετά το φαγητό χωρίς ίωση τι μπορεί να είν

Εδώ κ ένα μήνα έχω πονόλαιμο και πόνο στα αυτιά δυσκολία στην κατάποση λίγο βραχνάδα χωρίς να υπάρχει ίωση έχω επισκεφτεί ωρλ και ενδοκρινολόγο δεν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα και τις τελευταίες ημέρες μετά από κάθε γεύμα οτιδήποτε έχω έντονο πόνο στο στομάχι από τι μπορεί να προέρχεται όλο αυτό συνδέονται κάπως μεταξύ τους; Ευχαριστώ πολύ
