Μουδιάσματα και πόνος στα γόνατα μετά από ταβανίκ 400: πότε υποχωρούν;

Έχω πάρει την ταβανίκ των 400 για 10 ημέρες και την έχω σταματήσει εδώ και 9 ημέρες αλλά έχω μουδιάσματα στα πόδια μου και πονούν στα γόνατα γιατί αυτά θα φύγουνε;
