Έντονο κάψιμο στο στομάχι και ημικρανία με εμετούς: Σχετίζονται;

Εχθές είχα έντονο κάψιμο στο στομάχι όταν κάπως ηρέμησε με από ένα ελαφρύ γεύμα άρχισε να πονάει αφόρητα το κεφάλι μου και εξελίχθηκε σε ημικρανία πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου και έκανα 3 εμετούς.. μπορεί να σχετίζεται με το στομάχι ; Και σήμερα το πρωί που ξύπνησα αδιαθέτησα.
