Πόνος στην άνω δεξιά κοιλιά μετά από αντιφλεγμονώδη φάρμακα, αιτίες;

Γεια σας, από το πρωί έχω έναν πόνο δεξιά ψηλά στην κοιλιά, λίγο κάτω από το στήθος. 'Εχω κάνει πρόσφατα υπέρηχο άνω-κάτω κοιλίας και ήταν εντάξει, ακτινογραφία θώρακος οκ, όπως και γαστροσκόπηση που έδειξε μόνο χρόνια γαστρίτιδα. Τι μπορεί να είναι; Υπόψιν οτι χτες πήρα φάρμακα για τον πονοκέφαλο, αντιφλεγμονώδη. Ευχαριστώ.
