Gastroenteritis peptan

Τι να κάνω για έντονο πόνο στο στομάχι, ναυτία και πυρετό 38,2;

Η κοπέλα μου ξεκίνησε με αναγούλα από τα ξημερώματα χθες και έντονο πόνο στο στομάχι. Από τότε έχει κάνει αρκετες φορές εμετό και έχει ανεβάσει πυρετό 38,2. Της δίνω ηλεκτρολύτες και της έδωσα ένα Peptan αλλά τα έβγαλε όλα. Συνεχίζω να της δίνω ηλεκτρολύτες αλλά η εικόνα της δεν αλλάζει, δεν πέφτει ο πυρετός ούτε υποχωρεί ο πόνος. Τι μπορώ να κάνω; Είναι πολύ αδύναμη ώστε να σηκωθεί επίσης.
