Διάρροια και αίμα στο χαρτί μετά από αέρια - Τι μπορεί να σημαίνει;

Πριν 3 μέρες ξεκίνησα να έχω διάρροια μέχρι και χτες παράλληλα από χτες μαζί με τα αέρια που έχω στο χαρτί όταν σκουπίζουμαι βλέπω αίμα όχι όμως ζωντανό κόκκινο ούτε σαν πίσσα έχετε κάποιοα γνώμη ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
