Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω διάρροια και τυμπανισμό μετά από ηλίαση στις διακοπές;
Είμαι διακοπές και πριν 3 μέρες έκανα δέκατα και θεώρησα πως έπαθα ηλίαση επειδή ήμουν πολλές ώρες στον ήλιο. Έπειτα όμως από χθες κάνω διάρροια, ήπια χθες ιμόντιουμ και ξύπνησα με πολύ έντονο τυμπανισμό και πόνο σε όλη την κοιλιακή χώρα. Σήμερα δεν πήρα άλλο χάπι, παρά μόνο ένα προβιοτικό. Πώς συνεχίζω δεδομένου ότι θέλω άμεσα αποτελέσματα;

Το ιμόντιουμ δεν το χρησιμοποιούν γιατροί γιατί μπλοκάρει το μικρόβιο στο έντερο( γι'αυτό ο πόνος και ο τυμπανισμός) και απαγορεύεται σε πυρετό.Ας ελπίσουμε να μην χρειαστεί νοσοκομείο
