Καλησπέρα σας...έχω 4 μέρες με πόνο στην κοιλιά σαν κράμπες για 2- 3 λεπτά έντονους....τις 3 πρώτες μέρες είχα και διάρροια και μια φορά εμετό...τώρα έχει μείνει μόνο ο πόνος και νιώθω ότι θέλω να ενεργηθώ αλλά δεν μπορώ...τι μπορεί να είναι?
