Γαστρεντερίτιδα με έντονη διάρροια και πόνους στα νεφρά: είναι φυσιολογικό;

Καλημέρα. Έχω γαστρεντερίτιδα, με έντονη διάρροια και εμετούς. Πήρα σκονακια καλίου, νατρίου και ηλεκτρολύτες και το δεύτερο 24ωρο είμαι πολύ καλά, αλλά έχω έντονους πόνους στα νεφρά. Είναι φυσιολογικό;;
