Γαστρεντερίτιδα - Κοιλιακός πόνος & ναυτία μετά την ανάρρωση: λόγοι?

Γειά σας εγώ κόλλησα γαστρεντεριτιδα τα συμπτώματα εμφανίστηκαν 25 δεκεμβριου 2024 και αναρρωσα τελείως 12 Ιανουαρίου 2025 και σήμερα 1 Φεβρουαρίου άρχισε να ποναει αρκετά η κοιλιά μου χαμηλά και δεξιά και αριστερά και να έχω ενόχληση στο στομάχι και ναυτία είναι πάλι γαστρεντεριτιδα? Για ποιο λόγο ξανά συμβαίνει τόσο σύντομα ? Φταίει η διατροφή μου ?
