Ποια είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για κιρσούς: laser ή σαφηνεκτομή;

Έχω μεγάλο πρόβλημα κιρσών. Με εξέτασαν 2 χειρουργοί και ο ένας μου είπε για επέμβαση laser και ο άλλος μου πρότεινε τη σαφηνεκτομή με χειρουργείο όπως παλιά. Ο δεύτερος μου είπε ότι σε εμένα η επέμβαση laser δεν θα είχε επιτυχία ενώ η παλιού τύπου επέμβαση θα είχε. Τι να κάνω?
