Πόνος στα δάχτυλα και φτέρνα 20 μέρες μετά από σαφηνεκτομή στο αριστερό πόδι

Είμαι 20 ημέρες μετά από χειρουργείο σαφηνεκτομης στο αριστερό πόδι .το βράδυ που βγάζω το μόνο καλσόν με πονανε πολύ τα δάχτυλα του ποδιού μου.η φτέρνα μου γενικά η πατούσα μου..να ανησηχω; γιατί πονάω;σαν χειρουργείο άντεξα τους πόνους όμως τα βράδυα δεν μπορώ να κοιμηθώ από τους πόνους.ευχαριστω
