Είμαι 40, κάνω καλή διατροφή, αλλά πίνω αλκοόλ 2-3 φορές την εβδομάδα Εχω φεριτίνη 357, σίδηρο 186, ολες οι άλλες εξετάσεις μου είναι πολύ καλές, παίρνω συμπληρώματα βιταμίνη c που και που, και κάνω διατροφή που μέχρι τώρα θεωρητικά είχε αρκετό σίδηρο, όσπρια 3-4 φορές την εβδομάδα λαχανικά συνέχεια, επίσης αθλουμε αρκετά. Πρέπει να κάνω κάτι με την φεριτίνη που είναι ανεβασμένη, η απλά φταίνε οι βιταμίνες και η διατροφή που μάλλον έχει αρκετό σίδηρο?
