Γεια σας . Έχω σίδηρο 67 και φερριτίνη 111 αιματοκρίτη πιο κάτω από το φυσιολογικό. Ο γιατρός μου είπε να πάρω σίδηρο. Έχω ταχυκαρδία, πονοκέφαλο και κούραση. Είναι από έλλειψη σιδήρου είναι κάτι άλλο;
