Καλησπέρα. Έκανα εξετάσεις αίματος και έχω φερριτίνη 5, σίδηρο 69, αιματοκρίτη 42,9 και αιμοσφαιρίνη 13,5. Έχω πολλά συμπτώματα όπως ατονία, δύσπνοια, κόπωση. Πριν 1 χρόνο έκανα 6μηνη θεραπεία με σίδηρο. Πρέπει να ξανακάνω;
