Γιατί η φερριτίνη θεωρείται υψηλή με σίδηρο χαμηλό;
Καλησπέρα..έχω κάνει πολλές εξετάσεις αιματολογικές τον τελευταίο καιρό γιατί παίζει η τιμή της αιμοσφαιρίνης και του αιματοκρίτη συνέχεια ..σε τρεις διαδοχικές μετρήσεις είχα αιμοσφαιρίνη 13,2 αιματοκρίτη 39,2 ,μετά από 10 μέρες πήγαν 14,2 και 42,4 και μετά από ένα μήνα 13,6 και 39,8.. και έχω παρατηρήσει ότι ο σίδηρος παίζει μεταξύ 72 και 61 ενώ η φερριτίνη είναι στο 220 με 184 ...ρωτάω chat gpt και λέει ότι η φερριτίνη είναι υψηλή και ο σίδηρος χαμηλός..και μου βγάζει φλεγμονές κτλ..η φερριτίνη στο εργαστήριο μου έχει όρια 30 έως 400 ...γιατί 180 και 220 θεωρούνται υψηλά?έκανα πέρυσι κολονοσκόπηση καθαρή ...γαστροσκόπηση καθαρή...

Καλημέρα. Γενικά ισχύει ότι η αύξηση της φερριτίνης μπορεί να οφείλεται σε φλεγμονή. Αυτό το καταλαβαίνουμε μετρώντας ταυτόχρονα CRP που είναι κατ' εξοχήν δείκτης οξείας φάσης φλεγμονής. Αν είναι και φερριτίνη και CRP υψηλές τότε ναι, πρόκειται για φλεγμονή. Το 220 δεν θεωρείται υψηλό.
