Καλησπέρα! Αιμοσφαιρινη 9.9,αιματοκριτης 33 και φερριτινη 4.Να σημείωσε ότι η εξετάσεις είναι από άνδρα 40 χρονων.Τι εξετάσεις πρέπει να κανουμε;και σε ποιον γιατρο πρέπει να απευθυνθουμε;

Από τους εξετάσεις αυτές φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει σιδηροπενική πιθανώς αναιμια. Χρειάζεται έλεγχος αναιμίας από Αιματολογο ο οποίος θα σας κατευθύνει στην συνέχεια αν χρειασθεί και παραπάνω έλεγχος.

Καλημέρα σας. Μοιάζει με αναιμία λόγω έλλειψης σιδήρου. Μπορεί να υπάρχει απώλεια αίματος (πχ από το γαστρεντερικό) - απώλεια σιδήρου (σπάνια) δυσαπορρόφηση ή ανεπαρκής πρόσληψη σιδήρου. Χρειάζεται επιπλέον αιματολογικός έλεγχος και λογικά γαστρεντερολογικός έλεγχος. Καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφτείτε έναν γενικό γιατρό ή παθολόγο για να σας καθοδηγήσει με τον υπόλοιπο διαγνωστικό έλεγχο.
