Πώς να διαχειριστώ ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι και πιθανό ευερέθιστο έντερο;
Καλησπέρα! Πριν ενα χρόνο είχε πιάσει ενόχληση και επισκέφτηκα την τουαλέτα 3 φορές σε μικρό χρονικό διάστημα ( 2 φορές κανονικά και μια πιο " μαλακά". Συνέβη μετά από ένα μήνα και πάλι μετά από ένα μήνα. Μετά από διάστημα 10 μηνών που δεν μου συνέβη καθόλου, επανήλθε τον Αύγουστο και ξανά σήμερα. Είναι ανησυχητικό; Η μητέρα μου είχε και έχει παρόμοια " δραστηριότητα" ενώ είχε διαγνωσθεί με ευερέθιστο έντερο ( εάν το λέω σωστά) . Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!
