Πόνος και γουργούρισμα μετά από γλυκό, ευερέθιστο έντερο; Τι να κάνω;
Καλημέρα πριν τρεις μέρες έφαγα ένα γλυκό που μάλλον με πείραξε μιας και στη συνέχεια είχα πόνο κ ανάγκη για κένωση που ήταν διάρροια και ήταν μια φορά. Από την επόμενη μέρα είχα ελαφρύ πόνο και έντονο γουργούρισμα έτρωγα ελαφριά και σήμερα μετά από 3 μέρες δηλαδή έφαγα μακαρόνια με ελάχιστο κιμά και μετά από κάποιες ώρες είχα πάλι λίγο πόνο και έντονο γουργούρισμα χωρίς ανάγκη για τουαλέτα. Να σημειώσω ότι τις μέρες που μεσολάβησαν οι κενώσεις ήταν φυσιολογικές σε σχήμα αλλά με βλέννα. Είμαι γυναίκα και είχα κάνει εξετάσεις παλαιότερα για φλεγμονώδη νοσήματα και καταλήξαμε στο ευερέθιστο έντερο ωστόσο δεν είχα κανένα ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα τα τελευταία χρόνια και ήμουν αρκετά ανεκτική σε όλα τα τρόφιμα εκτός από όσπρια που δεν τα τρώω καν. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει; Έχω τρομάξει πολύ
