Ευερέθιστο έντερο και διάρροια μετά από αντιβίωση Augmentin: μικρόβιο;
Καλησπέρα, έχω χρόνια ευερέθιστο έντερο με πολλαπλές διάρροιες. Το τελευταίο διάστημα χρειάστηκε να πάρω αντιβίωση Augmentin για 15 μέρες και παρόλο που τα προηγούμενα χρόνια οποιαδήποτε αντιβίωση επιδείνωνε τις διάρροιες, αυτή τη φορά σταμάτησαν για πρώτη φορά μετά από τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια. Θεώρησα ότι είναι τυχαίο, όμως τις επόμενες ημέρες μετά τη διακοπή της αντιβίωσης είχα ξανά οξείες διάρροιες. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω κάποιο μικρόβιο; Έχω επισκεφτεί πολλές φορές γαστρεντερολόγο, έχω κάνει θεραπείες χωρίς αποτέλεσμα και κάνω απλά ειδική διατροφή για να περιορίζω τα συμπτώματα.

Υπάρχουν διάφοροι μηχανισμοί όπου αντιβίοση οδηγεί σε μετριασμό των διαρροιών πέραν της "ύπαρξης μικροβίου". Εξάλλου είναι αδύνατον να έχετε μικροβιακή λοίμωξη για χρόνια. Το σίγουρο πάντως είναι ότι χρειάζεστε μιά νέα επίσκεψη σε γαστρεντερολόγο για επανεκτίμηση της κατάστασης.
