Εσωτερικό σπυράκι κοντά στην ουρά από έντονο σκούπισμα λόγω IBS: Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα. Πριν 5 μέρες εντόπισα ένα εσωτερικό σπυράκι στη σχισμή των οπίσθιων κοντά στην ουρά. Έγινε μετά από έντονο σκούπισμα καθώς βρίσκομαι σε έξαρση του ibs. Παρόλα αυτά δεν φεύγει, δεν φαίνεται εξωτερικά παρά μόνο με ψηλάφηση και πονάει μόνο όταν το αγγίζω και όχι όταν κάθομαι. Τι να κάνω;

αυτό που περιγράφετε μπορεί να είναι ένα απλό φλεγμονώδες σπυράκι ή θυλακίτιδα από τον ερεθισμό, αλλά επειδή βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του κόκκυγα χρειάζεται προσοχή, καθώς θα μπορούσε να είναι και αρχόμενη κύστη κόκκυγος ή μικρό απόστημα.
Το γεγονός ότι πονάει μόνο με την πίεση είναι καλό σημάδι, όμως εάν επιμείνει ή αρχίσει να μεγαλώνει/κοκκινίζει, μπορεί να χρειαστεί ειδική αγωγή. Οι κρέμες από μόνες τους συνήθως δεν αρκούν.
