20χρονη με ΠΚΩ, παλινδρόμηση και πόνο σε μέση, στηθός, κοιλιά, τι είναι;
Καλησπέρα, είμαι γυναίκα 20 χρόνων με ευερεθιστο εντερο πολυκυστικες ωοθήκες αντίσταση στην ινσουλινη και έπειτα απο γαστροσκοπιση διαγνώστηκα με παλινδρομηση και ήπια γαστροιτηδα. Εδώ και καιρό με ενοχλεί το έντερο μου και έχω προβλήματα στις κενώσεις αλλά ο γιατρός μου λέει ότι είναι το ευερεθιστο εντερο. Εδώ και 1 μήνα νιώθω πόνους στο στηθος που καταλαβαίνω ότι συνδέεται κάπως με το έντερο. Αυτήν την βδομάδα έχω τρομερή δυσκοιλιοτητα καθώς και πολλά αέρια και από χθες το βράδυ πόνους σε μέση πλάτη στηθος και κοιλιά . Επίσης είχα έντονη εφίδρωση σε συνδυασμό με ανάγκη για να παω τουαλέτα. Σήμερα έχω ναυτια λίγο ζαλαδα πόνο στο εντερο σαν να είναι αρρωστο και το στομάχι και έχω πάει αρκετές φορές τουαλέτα αλλά μόνο την μια με σχετικά διαρροια. Δεν έχω πυρετό ή εμετό. Γνωρίζεται τι μπορεί να είναι?
