Επαπειλούμενη κύηση

Είναι απαραίτητη η αμνιοπαρακέντηση για ήπια υδρονέφρωση και ασβέστιο καρδιάς;

Καλησπέρα.Ειμαι.στην 21 εβδομάδα και πριν λίγες μέρες, έκανα β επιπέδου.Βρεθηκε ασβέστιο στην καρδούλα και ήπια υδρονεφρωση 4.8 και 5 σε αγόρι.Ο ένας γυναικολόγος που με παρακολουθεί προτείνει αμνιοπαρακέντηση και με έχει αγχωσει γενικά.Ενας άλλος που πήγα μου είπε δεν είναι οι "επικίνδυνοι" και απαραίτητοι δείκτες αυτοί για αμνιοπαρακέντηση.Εγω δεν θέλω να την κάνω την εξέταση αλλά φοβάμαι και τις πιθανότητες να έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα...Η αυχενική ήταν καλή και όλα τα υπόλοιπα μέχρι στιγμής...

  • Καλημέρα σας αν και είμαι νεφρολόγος έχω να σας πω ότι σε ήπια υδρονέφρωση στη 21η εβδομάδα υποχωρήσει από μόνη της όπως και να έχει εσείς μετά την γέννηση του μικρού θα πρέπει να προβείτε σε υπέρηχο νεφρών και ίσως και σπινθηρογράφημα νεφρών.Δεν νομίζω ότι θα βοηθήσει η αμνιοπαρακέντηση σε κάτι.Καλη επιτυχία με το καλό να έρθει το μωράκι σας.Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
