Γουργουρητά και πόνος αριστερά στην κοιλιά, ποιες εξετάσεις να κάνω;

Εδώ και πολύ καιρό έχω γουργουρητά και πόνο στη αριστερή πλευρά της κοιλιάς και προς τα κάτω και ο πόνος αντανακλά στην πλάτη. Έκανα γαστροσκόπηση και κολονοσκόπηση και δεν βλέπουν κακοήθεια τι άλλες εξετάσεις πρέπει να κάνω;
