Ενδομητρίωση 80% Αριστερής Ωοθήκης: Επιπτώσεις στην Εξωσωματική?

Καλησπερα σας.Εχω τη ca125 10,2.ενδομητριωση σε αριστερή ωοθηκη και πολύ χαμηλή Άμυ 0.02.Ο γιατρός μου είπε να μη προχώρησω σε χειρουργείο γιατι μπορεί να καταστραφει μέρος των ωοθηκών μου .θέλω να ρωτήσω θεωρείται ήπιας η προχωρημένης μορφής η ενδομητριωση μου;χαρακτηριστικά μου είπε ότι πιάνει το 80% της ωοθήκης αν δε κάνω λάθος. Κατά πόσον αυτή της έκτασης ενδομητριωση επηρεάζει την επιτυχή έκβαση της εξωσωματικής;
