Πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση: Κίνδυνος καρκίνου ή αυτοάνοσου και λίμπιντο?
Είμαι 34. Στα 12 είχα δερμοειδές κύστη κ έγινε ολική αφαίρεση μιας ωοθήκης κ σάλπιγγας, με πιθανή θρομβοφιλία λόγω αρκετών αποβολών αλλά δεν έχουν γίνει οι απαραίτητες εξετάσεις. Τώρα βάσει ορμονολογικών εξετάσεων υπάρχουν πολύ χαμηλά οιστρογόνα κ απώλεια ερωτικής διάθεσης κ πεσμένη λίμπιντο γιατρός μου ανακοίνωσε ότι έχω μπει στη φάση πρώιμης εμμηνόπαυσης. Περίοδοι κάθε 15 μέρες στην αρχή με 2 μέρες περιόδου αλλά έντονη αιμορραγία κ τώρα καθυστέρηση 10 ημερών με έντονους πόνους κ έντονη αιμορραγία 2 ημερών. Ερώτηση 1η κ πολύ σοβαρή. Η πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση μπορεί να δημιουργήσει καρκίνο στο μέλλον, ή κάποιο σοβαρό αυτοάνοσο? Κ ερώτηση δεύτερη πόσο καιρό κρατάνε τα συμπτώματα της κ αν ξανά επανέλθει ποτέ η φυσιολογική ερωτική διάθεση.

Καλημέρα, η πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση δεν προκαλεί καρκίνο ούτε αυτοάνοσα. Κάποιες φορές συνυπάρχει με αυτοάνοσα νοσήματα, αλλά δεν τα προκαλεί. Τα συμπτώματα δεν μπορούμε να προβλέψουμε πόσο καιρό θα κρατήσουν, μπορεί μήνες μπορεί και χρόνια. Αν όντως επιβεβαιωθεί εργαστηριακά και κλινικά ότι είστε σε πρόωρη εμμηνόπαυση θα πρέπει να λάβετε ορμονική υποκατάσταση για να αποφύγετε τις επιπτώσεις της.
