Γεια σας, είμαι επαγγελματίας υγείας και λόγω αυξημένων κρουσμάτων έκανα το εμβόλιο του κοκκυτη τον Νοέμβριο του '23. Τον Ιανουάριο του '24 έμεινα έγκυος. Χρειάζεται να επαναλάβω τον εμβολιασμό πάλι τώρα στις 32 εβδομάδες κύησης? Ο γιατρός μου λέει όχι και ότι το μωρό είναι καλυμμένο λόγω του μικρού μεσοδιαστηματος εμβολιασμού - κύησης. Ποια η γνώμη σας?

Οι συστάσεις του ΕΟΔΥ είναι οι εξής
Σε κάθε κύηση χορηγείται μία δόση εμβολίου Tdap ή Tdap-IPV, κατά προτίμηση από την 27η
έως την 36η εβδομάδα κύησης, καθώς και σε ανεμβολίαστες λεχωΐδες, ανεξάρτητα από το
διάστημα που μεσολάβησε από προηγούμενο εμβολιασμό με Td/Tdap.

Παρότι πολύ λογικά ο γιατρός σας λέει πως είστε καλυμμένη, η επίσημη οδηγία του CDC (την οποία προτείνω να ακολουθήσετε) είναι πως πρέπει να το επαναλάβετε (και σε κάθε εγκυμοσύνη), ανεξάρτητα από το πότε ήταν η τελευταία δόση, μεταξύ 16 και 32 εβδομάδων.

Συμφωνώ, δε χρειάζεται να επαναλάβετε εμβολιασμο.
