Είναι απαραίτητη η έξτρα δόση εμβολίου πνευμονιόκοκκου για πρόωρα μωρά;
Καλημέρα! Έχω δύο μωρά 7 μηνών τα οποία γεννήθηκαν στις 36 εβδομάδες, χωρίς να χρειαστεί εισαγωγή στη Μονάδα (μόνο το ένα μπήκε στην απλή παρακολούθηση για βάρος). Η παιδίατρος συνέστησε μια έξτρα δόση εμβολίου πνευμονιόκοκκου, λόγω προωρότητας... Κατά πόσο ευσταθεί κάτι τέτοιο; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!

Καλησπέρα σας, η έξτρα δόση εμβολίου έναντι του πνευμονιοκόκκου σε μωρά που γεννήθηκαν πριν τις 37 εβδομάδες ευσταθεί και είναι σύσταση του Εθνικού Εμβολιαστικού Προγράμματος.

Καλημέρα, σύμφωνα με το εμβολιαστικο προγραμμα ισχύουν τα εξης: Τα πρόωρα (ηλικία κύησης <37 εβδομάδες) εμβολιάζονται ( PCV20 ή εναλλακτικά PCV15) με
σχήμα 3+1 αντι για 2+1.

Αν γεννηθηκαν με συμπληρωμένες τις 36 εβδομάδες δεν είναι πρόωρα. Μόνο στα πρόωρα συνιστάται μία έξτρα δόση πνευμονιόκοκκου
