Τι προκαλεί δέκατα με αυξημένη PCT και CRP σε ελκώδη κολίτιδα;
Καλησπέρα σας. Ο σύζυγός μου έχει ελκώδη κολίτιδα σε όλο σχεδόν το παχύ έντερο. Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό έχει δέκατα στο ξαφνικό. Έκαναν εξετάσεις στο νοσοκομείο που τον παρακολουθούν για την πάθησή του και του βρήκαν ότι είναι θετικός σε pct 0.76. Να σημειώσω ότι έχει και αυξημένη crp 24 πολύ καιρό και κόπωση. Έπειτα από εξέταση καλπροτεκτίνης το έντερο του είναι μια χαρά. Δεν έχει καθόλου συμπτώματα νόσου. Βάζει εδώ και κάποια χρόνια βιολογικό παράγοντα είναι μια χαρά. Είναι 37 ετών με ενεργή νόσο από τα 27 του. Τι θα μπορούσε να έχει και έχει εδώ και μήνες δέκατα με όλη αυτή την εικόνα της pct και crp?

Προφανώς κάπου υπάρχει κάποια φλεγμονή. Η θεραπεία με βιολογικούς λόγω ανοσοκαταστολής συχνά κάνει την αναζήτηση δύσκολη. Χρειάζεται εκτεταμένο ψάξιμο. Οι πιθανότητες είναι πλαρα πολλές.
