Πόνος στην πλάτη και θώρακα μετά από ένεση Entyvio: Είναι φυσιολογικό;

Καλησπέρα. Έκανα σήμερα για πρώτη φορά την ένεση entyvio και είχα κάνει και τις εγχύσεις. Πονάει πολύ η πλάτη μου και έχω σαν γουργουρίσματα στην περιοχή του θώρακα όπως και πόνο πάνω από την καρδιά. Μπορεί να οφείλεται η ένεση;
