Γιατί αυξήθηκε η φερριτίνη και μειώθηκε η σιδηροδεσμευτική ικανότητα;
Πάσχω από αυτοάνοση θυρεοειδίτιδα και ελκώδη κολίτιδα πολύ σοβαρής μορφής εξαιτίας της οποίας χάνω αίμα και ο Fe είχε ελαττωθεί σε 21 και μετά 25, ο αιματοκρίτης είχε πέσει στο 33,6, η φερριτίνη είχε πέσει στο 11,2 ενώ η σιδηροδεσμευτική ικανότητα έγινε 274,2 και μετά 283,4. Φάρμακα παίρνω μόνο ομοιοπαθητικά και έπαιρνα και ένα προβιοτικό επειδή ο οργανισμός μου δεν δέχεται κανένα φάρμακο ή συμπλήρωμα (μου προκαλούν μόνιμες βλάβες). Μου χορήγησαν ενδοφλέβια Fe. Μετά 20 μέρες ήταν: αιματοκρίτης 36 φερριτίνη 353,6 Fe 49 σιδηροδεσμευτική ικανότητα 193. Γιατί αυξήθηκε υπερβολικά η φερριτίνη, γιατί ελαττώθηκε και πολύ η σιδηροδεσμευτική ικανότητα και η τιμή του Fe δείχνει αν είναι σε άνοδο ή αν είχε ανεβεί και τώρα είναι σε πτώση;

Τα αποτελέσματα αυτά είναι τα αναμενόμενα αφού βάλατε ενδοφλέβια σίδηρο.

Εφ όσον δεν μπορείτε να λάβετε σίδηρο από του στόματος ορθώς έγινε ενδοφλέβια χορήγηση σιδήρου.
Οι δύο δείκτες που πρέπει να παρακολουθείτε είναι ο αιματοκρίτης κ η φερριτινη και αυτά τα δύο αυξήθηκαν με την λήψη σιδήρου ενδοφλέβια.
