Υποηχή αλλοίωση στον αριστερό μαστό: κύστη ή κάτι ανησυχητικό;
Στην πρώτη ώρα του αριστερού μαστού παρατηρείται υποηχή αλλοίωση, η οποία εμφανίζει λοβωτά ελαφρώς δυσδιάκριτα όρια, διαστάσεων 11,7*6 χιλ ενώ κατά τη χρήση c-Doppler παρουσιάζει μόλις υποσημαινόμενη αγγείωση. Η ως άνω αλλοίωση θα μπορούσε να αποδοθεί σε κυστική αλλοίωση με παρουσία διαφραγμάτων στο εσωτερικό της, ωστόσο σκόπιμος κρίνεται ο περαιτέρω έλεγχος του ευρήματος με ψηφιακή μαστογραφία/MRI μαστών! Ο γυναικολόγος με παρέπεμψε σε Μαστολόγο αλλά μέχρι το ραντεβού θα σκάσω! Πριν κάνα μήνα έκανα μια απότομη κίνηση στη δουλειά και ένιωσα αλλά κυρίως άκουσα ένα κρακ, κάτι έσπασε! Εν συνέχεια για 2 εβδομάδες και πονούσα αφόρητα, έπαιρνα κοφτές ανάσες λόγω πόνου, με χτύπαγε στο χέρι και στην πλάτη! Ηρέμησε αρκετά με πάγο αλλά ακόμα και σήμερα αν πιέσω το σημείο με πονάει όπως και η πλάτη στο ίδιο ύψος! Υπάρχει περίπτωση να ήταν κύστη που έσπασε και να δείχνει ο υπέρηχος έτσι; Είναι πολύ ανησυχητικό; Η κυρία ανησύχησε πολύ και ξεφύσαγε συνέχεια.
