Υπάρχει περίπτωση κακοήθειας σε σύνθετη κύστη μαστού Birads 4a;

Είμαι 49 χρονών και δεν έχω μπει κλιμακτήριο ακόμη. Έκανα επανέλεγχο μετά μιας εβδομάδας υπέρηχο μαστών και στην 3η ώρα του αριστερού μαστού βρέθηκε σύνθετη κύστη αμετάβλητη από την προηγούμενο υπέρηχο (μιας εβδομάδας) λίγο λιγότερο από 2 εκατοστά, με κατά τόπους δοκιδωτά όρια, παρουσιάζει περιφερική αγγείωση, εμφανίζει διαφραγμάτιο και παρουσιάζει εσωτερικό περιεχόμενο χωρίς αγγείωση Birads 4a. Προχώρησα σε βιοψία και περιμένω αποτελέσματα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση κακοήθειας;
