Σκληρότητα και πόνος στον αριστερό μαστό μετά τις γόνιμες μέρες, ανησυχία;

Εδώ και 4 μέρες και ενώ ήμουν στις γόνιμες μέρες πρόσεξα ενώ ήμουν ξαπλωμένη στον αριστερό μαστό κάτω από τη θηλή ότι ο μαστός είναι πιο σκληρός στην υφή χωρίς να ψηλαφίζω κάποιο συγκεκριμένο οζίδιο. Πονούσα και στα δύο αλλά τώρα που δεν είμαι πια στις γόνιμες μέρες έχω πόνο που παραμένει μόνο στον αριστερό μαστό όταν τον ακουμπάω. Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό; Είμαι 23 και έχω ιστορικό στην οικογένεια για κακοήθειες.
