Πόσο ανησυχητικά είναι τα αποτελέσματα της πρώτης μαστογραφίας στα 42?
Ετών 42, πρώτη μαστογραφία. Τα αποτελέσματα είναι: ετερογενώς σκιεροί ελέγχονται οι μαστοί, με παρουσία μέτριας έκτασης ινοαδενικών στοιχείων, τα οποία συρρέουν στα έξω ημιμόρια των μαστών, σε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό δεξιά. (Acr-b). Μικρή ελαιώδης κύστη διακρίνεται στον αριστερό μαστό. Δεν απεικονίζονται ύποπτες μικροαποτιτανώσεις. Στην 6η ώρα του δεξιού μαστού αναγνωρίζεται μικρή περιοχή ασύμμετρα αυξημένης σκιερότητας, της τάξεως των 10 χιλ. Θηλές, αγγείωση και πάχος δέρματος αμφω κατά φύση. Δεν αναγνωρίζονται διογκωμένοι λεμφαδένες στις μασχαλιαίες χώρες. Συνιστούμε μηνιαία αυτοεξέταση, κλινική παρακολούθηση και τακτικό μαστογραφικό επανέλεγχο. Επίσης συνιστούμε συμπληρωματικό υπερηχογραφικό έλεγχο μαστών, προς περαιτέρω διερεύνηση του ανωτέρω ευρήματος. (Birads-0). Πόσο άσχημα είναι τα πράγματα?
