Μπορεί η ακτινοθεραπεία για καρκίνο προστάτη να προκαλέσει σκληρό ιστό στο στήθος;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι άντρας 67 ετών. Εδώ και 20 μέρες εντόπισα στο δεξί στήθος, κάτω από τη θηλή σκληρό ιστό, ομοιόμορφο αλλά μεγαλύτερο από αυτόν του αριστερού στήθους. Τις πρώτες μέρες, είναι αλήθεια, πίεζα το σημείο και με πονούσε ελαφρά. Όταν σταμάτησα να το πιέζω, δεν με ενοχλεί, μόνο κάποιες στιγμές νιώθω ελαφρύ τσίμπημα σαν από βελόνα στη θηλή. Ενημερωτικά, σας λέω ότι προ εξαμήνου είχα υποβληθεί σε προληπτική ακτινοθεραπεία, χωρίς μεταστάσεις, για παλαιότερο καρκίνο του προστάτη. Πριν λίγες μέρες, έκανα ακτινογραφία θώρακα, μετά από ίωση και ακροαστικά. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν η ακτινοθεραπεία μπορεί να το προκάλεσε. Επίσης, αν η ακτινογραφία θώρακα, που ήταν καθαρή, θα μπορούσε να δείξει κάτι παθολογικό.
