Είναι ανησυχητικά τα ευρήματα μαστογραφίας και υπερήχου στο δεξί μαστό;
Καλησπέρα σας. Μετά από μαστογραφία στο δεξί μαστό διαπιστώθηκε εστιακή ασυμμετρία μέγιστης διαμέτρου 20 χιλ. Χωρίς επιπρόσθετα απεικονιστικά χαρακτηριστικά. Επιπλέον δεν παρατηρήθηκαν κακοήθεις συρρέουσες μικροαποτιτανώσεις αμφο. Στη συνέχεια έγινε υπερηχογράφημα στο οποίο αναγνωρίστηκε ετερογενούς ηχοδομής καθ' υπεροχήν υπερηχογενής σχηματισμός 26×9.2 χιλ. χωρίς αξιόλογη αγγείωση ο οποίος θα μπορούσε να αντιστοιχεί στη μαστογραφική ασυμμετρία συστοίχα και τα υπερηχογραφικά του χαρακτηριστικά συνηγορούν περισσότερο υπέρ νησίδας ινοαδενικού ιστού. Επίσης στον ίδιο μαστό διαπιστώθηκε σε απόσταση 4 εκατοστά από τη θηλή μακρολοβωτή παρυφή υποηχογενής αλλοίωση διαστάσεων 6.5×3 χιλ με υποτυπώδη αγγείωση. Από τον ιατρό ακτινοδιαγνώστη προτάθηκε η μαγνητική μαστογραφία. Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω αν τα ευρήματα είναι ανησυχητικά. Να συμπληρώσω ότι είμαι 49 ετών σε εμμηνόπαυση και πρόσφατα έχω ξεκινήσει τη λήψη φυτοιστρογόνων.
