Ανησυχητικό εύρημα δεξιού μαστού; Ερμηνεία υπέρηχου BIRADS 3.
Γειά σας.Στον υπέρηχο αναφέρονται τα εξης: Μαστοι με ετερογενεις πυκνότητας,οι οποίες θα μπορούσαν να υποκύπτοντας μικρές μάζες.Birads c. Από τον υπερηχογραφικο έλεγχο μασκών δεν αναδεικνύει ύποπτο εύρημα. Εκτασιες των εκφορητικων πόρων οπισθοθηλαιως αμφω(κυρίως ΑΡ)με κατά τόπους ηχογενες περιεχόμενο.ε ο και κυστικη διαμόρφωση.Στην 11η ώρα του ΔΕ μαστού 3-4cm από τη θηλή απεικονίζει μικτης ηχοδομης περιοχη 12×8mm,χωρίς αγγειωση(κυστικη αδενωση;) Απουσία παθολογικά διογκωμενων μασχαλιαιων λεμφαδένων. Birads 3. Αυτό το εύρημα στον δεξί μάστο είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό?
