Ανησυχία για μη σαφή χωροκατακτητική εξεργασία σε υπέρηχο μαστού
“Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 65 ετών. Σήμερα έκανα υπέρηχο μαστού και στη διάγνωση αναφέρεται ότι ελέγχθηκαν αμφότεροι οι μαστοί καθ' όλα τα τεταρτημόρια τους και καθ' όλη την έκτασή τους. Αύξηση του λιπώδους κυρίως υποστρώματος των μαστών με μικροκυστικές αλλοιώσεις <5 χιλ. άμφω. Δεν παρατηρείται σαφής χωροκατακτητική εξεργασία κυστικού ή συμπαγούς τύπου >5 χιλ. σε αμφότερους τους μαστούς. Δεν παρατηρούνται λεμφαδενικές διογκώσεις στις μασχαλιαίες χώρες. Αυτό το ότι "δεν παρατηρείται σαφής χωροκατακτητική εξεργασία κυστικού...." με ανησυχεί. Αυτό που δεν είναι σαφές κάτι μήπως είναι ανησυχητικό; Θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας. Ευχαριστώ.”
