Συρματάκι στο στόμα μετά από εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη: Είναι φυσιολογικό;

Έχω κάνει εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη. Από την πέμπτη μέρα το στόμα ανοίγει κανονικά αλλά νιώθω ένα συρματάκι στο στόμα όταν τρώω ή μιλάω. Θα αφαιρέσω τις ραφές σε λίγες μέρες αλλά αυτό το συρματάκι με τσιμπάει όταν τρώω.
