Wisdom Teeth Removal nurofen profin

Πώς να ανακουφίσω τον πόνο μετά από χειρουργική εξαγωγή φρονιμίτη;

Γειά σας, έβγαλα 3 φρονιμίτες πριν απο 5 μέρες σχεδόν και ο ένας ήταν χειρουργικός στην κάτω γνάθο με ράμματα. Πίνω παυσίπονα και σχετικά με κρατούσαν. Χθες το βράδυ όμως υπέφερα απο πολύ πόνο σε σημείο που ξύπνησα από τον πόνο και δεν υποχωρούσε. Είχα πιεί nurofen express και αργότερα solpadeine. Να σημειώσω ότι ήμουν πολύ φουσκωμένη και αυτές τις μέρες επανέρχομαι σιγά σιγά. Απλά πίστευα ότι με τις μέρες δεν θα πονάει και αναρωτιέμαι τι άλλο μπορεί να γίνει για την ανακούφιση του πόνου και πόσες μέρες μπορεί να διαρκέσει αυτό. Επιπλέον, δεν μπορώ να κοιμηθώ κανονικά σε ευθεία, μόνο ψηλά γιατί νιώθω ότι πέφτει όλο το βάρος πάνω και ο πόνος είναι αρκετός.
