Πως να αφαιρέσω σπασμένο τρίτο γομφίο με καρδιολογικά φάρμακα;
Καλησπέρα μου έχει σπάσει ένα δόντι (πρέπει να είναι ο τρίτος γομφίος) στην κάτω γνάθο, υπάρχει ένα πολύ λεπτό τμήμα του δοντιού που προεξέχει αλλά νομίζω πως υπάρχει και ρίζα μέσα στο ούλο. Επειδή παίρνω φάρμακα για την καρδιά αλλά και salospir εδώ και τρία χρόνια λόγω εμφράγματος, πως θα μπορούσαμε να βγάλουμε το δόντι και να μην μείνει τίποτα που να δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα στο μέλλον? Συμβουλεύτηκα και τον καρδιολόγο μου και μου είπε πως δεν χρειάζεται να κόψω κανένα φάρμακο και πως ένας έμπειρος οδοντίατρος απλά θα μου κάνει ράμματα. Ποια είναι η δική σας συμβουλή?

Συμφωνώ, μπορεί να γίνει προσεκτικά η εξαγωγή, εξαρτάται βέβαια από το αν υπάρχει φλεγμονή,αν η ρίζα είναι βαθειά κ.α.

Να γίνει ένας ακτινογραφικος έλεγχος και αν υπάρχει ρίζα να κάνετε εξαγωγή

Αν εχει μεινει μεσα κοποια ριζα πιθανον να χρειαστει να γινει εξαγωγη.τα ραμματα απο μονα τυς δεν δινουν λυση κ αν γινει εξαγωγη συνηθως το salopsir καβεται για ενα διαστημα πριν κ μετα,γιατι προκαλει αιμορραγια επειδη ειναι αντιπηκτικο.πρεπει να μιλησετε κ παλι με τον καρδιολογο αφου μαθετε τι αποφαση πηρε ο οδοντιατρος.
