Δυνατή αναισθησία για εξαγωγή τραπεζίτη με βαθιά φλεγμονή;
Καλησπέρα. Πρέπει να γίνει εξαγωγή σε τραπεζίτη ο οποίος είχε βαθιά φλεγμονή η οποία δεν περνάει εντελώς. Έχω πάρει 2 αντιβιώσεις. Προσπαθήσαμε 2 φορές για εξαγωγή αλλά δεν με πιάνει η αναισθησία 100% και σταματάμε. Υπάρχει δυνατή αναισθησία? Τι άλλη επιλογή έχω?

Αν ο τραπεζιτης οπως λετε η καλυτερα ο γομφιος ειναι στην κατω γναθο η αναισθησια επιλογης ειναι η στελεχιαια του κατω φατνιακου.ειναι οντως μια δυσκολη τεχνικως αναισθησια,αλλα αν γινει αφου ληφθει η αντιβιωση σωστα κ υποχωρησει η εντονη ευαισθησια κ ο γιατρος που την κανει ειναι σωστα καταρτισμενος θα πετυχει.αλλιως μετα υπαρχει η αναισθησια υπο μεθη.
