Έκανα εγχείρηση πριν 4 μήνες στο ένα μάτι και δεν μπορώ να διαβάσω κοντά. Η ιατρός μου είπε οδό τελικά δεν χρειάζομαι γυαλιά. Τι μπορώ να κάνω στην περίπτωση αυτή; Η ηλικία μου είναι 40 χρόνων.

Θα φοράτε γυαλια για κοντά. Προφανώς έχετε πρεσβυωπία.

Αναλογά με την επιλογή του ενδοφακού που έγινε για το χειρουργείο, εξαρτάται κατά πόσο χρειάζεστε γυαλιά για κοντά. Εαν μπήκε μονοεστιακός ενδοφακός βλέπετε καλά μακριά, όχι όμως κοντά. Εαν επιλέξατε πολυεστιακό ενδοφακό (trifocal / EDOF), συνηθως διορθώνει ικανοποιητικά και την πρεσβυωπία και δεν απαιτούνται κοντινά γυαλιά ή δίνουμε μικρή διόρθωση.
